Job Title: Merchandise Planning Manager (WMS)

The MPD Manager – Logistics serves as the end-to-end (E2E) process expert, with a strong focus on

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

and logistics across all in-scope business units. This individual contributor partners with cross-functional teams to drive process efficiency, system alignment, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the subject matter expert on

Warehouse Management Systems

and logistics processes, including system interfaces.

• Identify pain points, re-engineer processes, and lead improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with business units and support groups (IT, Merchandising, Logistics, Finance) to ensure aligned and efficient operations.
• Coordinate with IT to ensure accurate capture and implementation of business requirements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
