Your Role as a Home Hospital Registered Nurse

As a

Home Hospital RN

, you will provide

higher-acuity skilled nursing care

directly in patients’ homes while supporting recovery, independence, and safe healing.

This

specialized division does not require Medicare OASIS documentation

, allowing you to focus more on patient care and clinical treatment.

Responsibilities Include

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
• Provide advanced skilled nursing treatments and patient education
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Document visits efficiently using AI-assisted tools

Common Treatments May Include

• TPN administration
• Chest tube management
• Lab draws
• IV therapy and maintenance
• Wound vacs and wound care
• Post-surgical recovery support
• Respiratory care
• Patient and caregiver education

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Home health experience preferred but not required
