Vice President, Forward Deployed Engineering - TMT

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President Forward Deployed Engineering - TMT to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $286,720 – $383,460 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and operationalize the Agentic Builder Strategy for TMT
• Develop and scale plays for production agents with a focus on trust and scalability
• Drive the adoption lifecycle from initial provisioning to full-scale consumption
• Champion the Adoption Playbook as a standard for all customer engagement processes
• Align cross-functionally with multiple teams to enhance customer lifecycle management
• Recruit and develop a high-performing team while establishing operational metrics
• Implement AI-driven workflows to improve team operations and customer engagement

Qualifications

• 10\+ years in enterprise software or SaaS with a foundation in Computer Science or Engineering; 5\+ years in leadership roles
• Proven track record deploying AI/LLM-based solutions at scale
• Experience attracting, retaining, and developing top technical talent
• Deep expertise in enterprise data architecture and security
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, Apex, or Java
• Strategic problem-solving abilities and experience translating complex issues into actionable insights
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with executive-level stakeholders
