H R Specialist position to supports its Pittsburgh office. The role is responsible for driving recruitment efforts while also supporting key HR and payroll functions.

Support full -cycle recruitment

HRIS -Maintain systems ; process multi-state payrolls

Support core H R functions

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• · High School Diploma/GED required, college degree preferred
• · Minimum 3 years of related experience in talent acquisition
• · Minimum 2 years HR or payroll (manufacturing environment preferred)
• · Experience with payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now, a plus)
