Blockchain Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Developer to design, develop, and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) and blockchain-based solutions. This fully remote role requires deep knowledge of distributed systems, smart contracts, and blockchain protocols, along with strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop blockchain-based applications and smart contracts
• Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps)
• Work with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, or Hyperledger
• Write secure, efficient, and scalable smart contracts (e.g., Solidity, Rust)
• Integrate blockchain solutions with frontend and backend systems
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of blockchain systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering)
• Stay updated with emerging blockchain technologies and trends
• Document technical architecture and processes

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–7\+ years of software development experience, with blockchain experience preferred
• Proficiency in one or more:
• Solidity (Ethereum smart contracts)
• Rust (Solana, Polkadot)
• Go, JavaScript/TypeScript (Web3 frameworks)
• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture and cryptography basics
• Experience with Web3\.js, Ethers.js, or similar libraries
• Familiarity with smart contract security practices
• Experience with Git and version control systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DeFi, NFTs, or Web3 applications
• Knowledge of Layer 2 scaling solutions
• Familiarity with token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155)
• Experience with Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry
• Understanding of zero-knowledge proofs (ZK) or advanced cryptography
• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
