Mechanical Engineer

Summary

This role will support design, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives across production and engineering teams. The position offers exposure to real-world applications, cross-functional collaboration, and mentorship from senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and systems
• Create and update CAD models and engineering drawings
• Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting efforts
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to improve product performance
• Participate in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
• Document designs, specifications, and test results

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 0–3\+ years of experience (internships/co-ops accepted)
• Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
