Project Manager

Chicago Fabrications is looking for a Project Manager to join our team. We specialize in custom fabrication for events, brand activations, displays, and interiors. Every project is different, fast-paced, and built from scratch.

This is a hands-on role. You won’t just manage projects, you’ll also be involved in the build when needed.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage projects from concept to completion

• Coordinate with clients, designers, and fabrication team

• Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables

• Handle day-to-day communication and problem-solving

• Work in the shop and assist with builds as needed

• Support delivery and install coordination

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in project management, construction, fabrication, or events

• Comfortable being both in the office and on the shop floor

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines

• Detail-oriented and proactive

• Familiarity with materials, tools, and build processes

• Experience with SketchUp or technical drawings is a plus
