The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced
National Sales Director
to lead its US Neuroscience Sales organisation.
Reporting as a key member of the Neuroscience Leadership Team, this individual will be responsible for developing and executing the national sales strategy across the Neuroscience portfolio while preparing the organisation for multiple future product and indication launches.
This is a highly visible executive leadership position responsible for driving commercial performance, building organisational capability and partnering across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Business Operations and Executive Leadership to ensure exceptional execution in the field.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in helping build a best-in-class Neuroscience commercial organisation capable of delivering sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities
National Commercial Leadership
- Develop and execute the national sales strategy across the Neuroscience portfolio.
- Deliver sales performance against national revenue and profitability objectives.
- Lead the execution of both inline brands and future product launches.
- Drive sales force excellence through clear performance expectations, coaching and accountability.
- Ensure consistent execution across all US regions.
Build and Lead a High-Performing Organisation
- Recruit, develop and retain exceptional sales leadership talent.
- Lead and coach a team of Regional Business Directors.
- Build organisational capability for future growth.
- Foster a culture focused on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Develop succession plans and long-term leadership capability.
Launch Excellence
- Lead field readiness for new product and indication launches.
- Partner closely with Marketing and Training teams to ensure successful launch execution.
- Ensure the field organisation is fully prepared with the appropriate tools, messaging and capabilities.
- Translate national strategy into outstanding regional execution
