Get to Know the Team

The GrabFood Marketing team is a dynamic team responsible for driving business growth through Merchant's activity and consumer demand generation. Cities marketing team drives business growth in focus cities across Thailand. We drive exponential growth to the business. Get to Know the Role

Lead the end-to-end planning, strategy, and execution of campaigns to increase sales and demand for GrabFood in focus cities. You will be accountable for all new growth projects, including campaign planning, budget management, and target tracking. You will manage marketing campaigns through tactical offline activations, KOL campaigns, performance marketing, and 360-degree media buys. Our ambition is to paint every city in Thailand GrabFood green!

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Campaign Leadership: Plan and lead end-to-end marketing campaigns for focus cities.
  • Market Growth: Build scalable, insight-driven campaigns to capture local market share.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Business Ops and Growth teams to solve challenges and drive scale.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Business Ops and Growth teams to solve challenges and drive scale, including external partner management and local partnership
  • Commercial Oversight: Manage partner contracts and ensure strict adherence to marketing budgets.
  • Data Accountability: Perform data-driven post-mortems to justify targets and ROI.
  • Budget Efficiency: Plan, track, and optimize all spend for maximum efficiency.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing with exposure to online and offline media, branding, and strategic planning
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication, economics or other advertising.
  • Excellent in project management skill and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skill to work with both internal team and external parties (i.e. media agency, digital agency, activation agencies)
  • Loves the thrill of being in a fast-paced environment while being able to multitask to meet deadlines.
