About the Job
Austin Food Co. is the parent company behind
Bearded Brothers, SANS Meal Bar, and Yumster Yo
. We are a growing manufacturer and co-packer of nutrition bars. We are looking for a hands-on leader to manage our warehousing and secondary packing team. This role is critical to ensure our products reach retail shelves, co-packing partners, and e-commerce customers with precision, speed, and of the utmost quality. What You Will Own
- Team Leadership:
Manage and develop the team responsible for secondary packaging
- Warehouse Management:
Maintain a clean, organized facility and strictly adhere to
FIFO (First-In, First-Out)
inventory principles.
- Order Fulfillment:
Build and ship retail orders and manage the end-to-end logistics for our wholesale, co-packing, and e-commerce business.
- Quality \& Compliance:
Oversee product traceability and execute basic functions related to quality audits to ensure food safety standards are met.
- Inventory Accuracy:
Monitor stock levels of finished goods and packaging materials to support seamless production.
Who We Are Looking For
- CPG Experience:
Proven experience in a
Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
environment, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Process-Driven:
A deep understanding of logistics, shipping workflows, and inventory management systems.
- Detail-Oriented:
Someone who values accuracy in "the little things," from label placement to traceability logs.
- Tenacious \& Resilient:
Able to maintain high standards and a positive attitude during high-volume shipping periods.
- Owner Mindset:
You take full responsibility for the warehouse and fulfillment outcomes.
