We're looking for a mid-level Product Designer to join the Ads Design team, someone with a strong visual foundation and systems mindset who can craft beautiful, on-brand consumer ad experiences that scale across formats, platforms, and a global audience.
What You'll Do
Work on consumer-facing projects across the Spotify Advertising Platform to develop design solutions that feel native, polished, and on-brandGuide product development through visual explorations and high-fidelity prototypes, leveraging AI tools to move faster and push the quality of your craftPartner with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and researchers to define solutions and contribute to longer-term strategyWork with user research teams to scope and support ongoing research projects that inform the consumer ad experienceDesign solutions with inclusivity and accessibility at the forefront, ensuring experiences work for listeners worldwideShare your work regularly with peers and participate in design reviews with design and company leadershipWho You Are
You have 3+ years of relevant product design experienceYou have a strong visual design foundation and care deeply about the details that elevate work from good to greatYou're curious about AI - whether that's using AI tools in your workflow, designing AI-powered features, or bothYou have experience designing consumer-facing products, ideally at scaleYou enjoy working through ambiguity and can navigate spaces where there isn't always a clear path forwardYou believe in a culture of feedback and actively seek out input on your work and thinkingExperience in advertising, media, or content-adjacent spaces is a plusWhere You'll Be
