Cedar Gold Group is hiring a Sales Director.
This is a seat for an operator, not a manager. If you've run a real Gold IRA floor, know what good looks like, and want full authority to build a sales organization the way it should be built, keep reading.
We're a Miami-based precious metals IRA dealer with a growing team, a strong lead engine, and a clear path to 3x our production over the next 18 months. The infrastructure is already in place: CRM, dialer, defined call queues and active lists, a funded ad budget, a processing team that closes the backend cleanly, and a brand that punches above its weight (partnerships with Bryan Clay and the Miami Marlins, The Gold Standard podcast, real credibility with custodians across the industry). What we need is someone to run the floor at a level that matches the rest of the operation.
What you own
- The entire sales department. Junior reps, senior closers, sales managers, the transfer process, the qualification standards, the coaching cadence, the floor culture.
- Performance metrics that actually matter. Close rate, lead-to-qualified conversion, transfer efficiency, revenue per lead, rep ramp time, attrition. You set the benchmarks and you hold the team to them.
- Sales systems and scripts. Opener script, closer script, objection handling, loop structure, pain questions, compliance language. You own the playbook and you evolve it based on what's actually working on the phones, not what sounds good in a meeting.
- Rep development. Real coaching. Role play, call review, 1:1 pipeline reviews, performance plans when needed, and fast exits when it's not working.
- Hiring and team composition. You build the bench, you decide who stays, who levels up, who moves seats, and who doesn't belong here.
- Forecasting and reporting to ownership. You run a clean number and you don't pad it.
What you walk into
- A funded lead engine: high outbound dialing alongside a steady flow of inbound from paid media, organic content, and partnership channels. Six-figure monthly ad spend behind the floor.
- A processing team with a dedicated Processing Manager and Processing Director, so your closers aren't bogged down in paperwork or confirmation calls.
- Senior closer seats already filled, a junior rep bench ready to be developed, and a Junior Sales Manager seat currently open for you to fill or restructure as you see fit.
- Co-owner Brett Bultje running point on the senior sales side with you, and co-owner Allen Awali running the backend, marketing, and operations. Two decision-makers, no layers, no politics.
- An org structure designed to scale: the plan is two teams of eight senior closers with dedicated Sales Managers, plus a junior team feeding the senior bench. You're not inheriting a mess. You're inheriting a foundation.
Non-negotiable requirements
- Direct Gold IRA or precious metals IRA sales experience. This is not a transferable-skills hire. You need to know what a self-directed IRA rollover actually looks like, the operational difference between custodians like Equity Trust, Entrust, Digital Trust, and GoldStar, how to talk to a 65-year-old prospect about wealth protection without sounding like a telemarketer, and the objection stack inside and out.
- Experience managing both setters and closers. You understand the handoff, the psychology of each role, how to comp them differently, and how to coach them differently.
- A track record of scaling a sales floor. Numbers on a resume are fine. Stories about what you built, what broke, and how you fixed it are better.
- Real leadership. Not a screamer, not a babysitter. Someone reps want to work for and don't want to disappoint.
