Role: Client Growth Manager - We place pre-vetted DTC and e-commerce specialists with some of the fastest-growing brands in the US — HexClad, Jones Road Beauty, Portland Leather, OSEA, Kitsch, and many more.
We're hiring an Account Manager based in LATAM to own the client relationship
after
placements are made.
What you'll actually do
This is not BD. This is not sourcing. You are the person our clients call when they love a hire and want three more like them. Your job is to turn a single placement into a long-term partnership.
- Own a book of \~15–25 DTC brand accounts post-placement
- Run weekly/biweekly check-ins with client stakeholders (founders, COOs, heads of marketing, CX leads)
- Identify expansion opportunities — new roles, new departments, backfills, team builds
- Monitor placement performance in the first 30/60/90 days and get ahead of issues before they become escalations
- Partner with recruiters to brief new job orders and keep the pipeline moving
- Manage account health in HubSpot and communicate daily in dedicated client Slack channels
- Escalate blockers early — we move fast and we'd rather know on day 2 than day 20
