[AVP] Mobility Service UX Planning

Who we are

We are a team that develops, operates, and manages the Shucle platform, a Mobility as a Service (MaaS) solution powered by smart technologies.

We lead all aspects of the demand-responsive transportation service “Shucle,” including planning, development, data analysis, service operations, and business development, working directly across these areas with agility and a strong focus on both customers and service excellence. We transform the concept of MaaS into a tangible service, enabling seamless and flexible mobility in everyday life.

• Shucle ( https://www.shucle.com ) was first introduced in 2020 as Korea's first urban demand-responsive transportation service leveraging AI technology. Since then, it has become the number one community mobility service platform with the largest user base and number of operations.

Responsibilities

You will participate in UX planning across Shucle's services and directly contribute to raising product quality.

■ Establishing UX Direction

• Conducting market and trend analysis within the mobility sector
• Understanding the business and analyzing customer behavior to define user personas
• Identifying problems and usage scenarios that need to be addressed

■ Platform Scenario Design

• Defining end-to-end user scenarios based on an understanding of the interconnected structure across product lines (user app, driver app, operation tools, etc.)
• Designing UX flows at the platform level, beyond a single app

■ AI Service UX Planning

• Designing UX for LLM-based conversational interfaces and AI Agent services
• Defining AI feature scenarios and workflows at user touchpoints
• Establishing strategies for internal AI tool adoption and designing workflow improvement processes

■ User App UX Planning

• Managing UX planning across the full scope of the Shucle user app and its milestones
• Designing and advancing core service flows including membership, payment, booking, and reservations
• Directly owning the full lifecycle from new feature launches to data-driven UX improvements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years of practical UX experience
• Experience in designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative research for user behavior and service analysis
• Experience in understanding a platform structure where service apps and operation tools are interconnected, and designing scenarios across multiple touchpoints
• Must meet ONE of the following:
• [AI Service] Experience planning or launching LLM-based AI services (chatbots, AI agents, generative AI, etc.)
• [User App] Hands-on planning experience in two or more domains (membership, payment, or booking) within mobile apps, with experience leading projects end-to-end

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Design, Interaction Design, Digital Media Design, and Human Factors
• Proficiency in English (fluent in both written and oral business communication)
• Experience in planning and operating mobile maps, navigation, or mobility services
• Experience in planning and operating global services
