Role Overview
We are seeking a Specialist, HR (Talent Acquisition) to support recruitment activities and local HR operations. This role will coordinate hiring across both engineering (white-collar) and technician (blue-collar) roles, while assisting with onboarding and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination: Support and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.Sourcing Support: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, internal databases, and recruitment agencies to support hiring needs.Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and support timelines.Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding activities and ensure proper documentation is completed in line with company guidelines.Work Pass \& HR Admin: Support the preparation and coordination of work pass applications and general HR administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.1–2 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition in Singapore is preferred.Good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to support and coordinate multiple tasks.
