We are seeking a

Project Manager

with strong design and technical capabilities who can assume significant management and leadership responsibilities across multiple projects within the firm. The ideal candidate values collaboration, takes initiative, and is motivated to help shape both project outcomes and office culture. This role is well-suited for someone interested in long-term growth within a small, dynamic practice, with the potential to evolve into a senior leadership position over time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of projects at different scales, often concurrently, across all project phases.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external team members.
• Serve as primary contact with client and consultant teams.
• Develop and monitor project schedule, budget, and team organization.
• Lead and actively contribute to project design and documentation.
• Mentor and support junior staff.

Qualifications

• A professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
• Professional licensure in New York State is preferred but not required.
• 7 years of work experience minimum.
• Strong design and technical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational and project management ability.
• Strong Revit skills.
