Our client, a fast-growing contract Logistics business, is seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a team at their Regional Distribution Site in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. Reporting to the senior leadership team the Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading site-wide operations across warehousing \& fulfilment as well as cross functional support of specialist teams
• Driving operational performance, safety, service quality and profitability.
• Developing and motivating a high-performing team and providing direction through a period of transition
• Delivering process improvements and embedding operational best practice.
• Aligning site activity with the overall business strategy.

To be successful in your application for Warehouse Operations Manager, we require:

• Strong leadership experience in Logistics \& Distribution
• 5\+ Years experience as a people manager with a track record of developing talent and decision making capability
• A commercial mindset with the ability to deliver cost efficiencies without compromising service.
• Providing weekly invoicing details and explaining operational cost drivers.
• Proven success in scaling operations and leading change.
• Excellent people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to interact with senior managers and engage customers with regular update and reports

As Warehouse Manager you will receive:

• Competitive base salary of £50,000 - £52,000
• Preferable working patterns of Mon - Fri \& Days
