Warehouse Manager

Optify Search are currently partnered with a Cosmetic Contract Manufacturer seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead on‑site warehouse operations in a regulated production environment.

This is a

hands‑on leadership role

with full responsibility for warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, compliance, and team development across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.

Responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

• Lead all daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Maintain accurate inventory records using

WMS / ERP systems

• Conduct cycle counts and stock audits, driving continuous inventory accuracy
• Optimise warehouse layout, space utilisation, and material flow
• Ensure compliance with

GMP / GDP

standards in a manufacturing environment

• Maintain regulatory and audit readiness (FDA / EU Cosmetics or equivalent)

To be considered for the role, the following education, experience and qualifications are required:

• 3–5\+ years’ experience

in warehouse management within manufacturing

• Background in

cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or regulated environments

preferred

• Strong experience with

WMS and ERP systems

• Solid understanding of

GMP, inventory control, and health \& safety

• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
