Workday HRIS Analyst

About the Opportunity

We are partnered with a growing franchise organization supporting more than 20,000 employees, they are hiring a Senior HR Technology Analyst (specifically focused in Workday) for its expanding HR Technology team. This is a newly created role offering broad, hands-on exposure across Workday configuration, reporting, analytics, testing, releases, implementations, and process improvement. This is a hybrid position with, Home Office-based out of Leawood, KS position with some flexibility for work-from-home days.

What You'll Do

• Lead configuration and maintenance across Workday HCM modules, including business process frameworks and security roles. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting and analysis that informs HR and business decisions across a large, distributed workforce.
• Support and test bi-annual Workday releases, and participate in module implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Perform data audits, validation, and EIB loads.
• Act as a Tier 2 escalation resource, troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with stakeholders and vendors on integrations and downstream data feeds.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions, train end users, and maintain system documentation and job aids.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4\+ years of Workday/HR Technology experience (Workday HCM required)
• Strong reporting and analytics background.
• Benefits module experience strongly preferred.
• Workday Pro certification a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and a consultative, problem-solving mindset.

Compensation \& Benefits

• Target base salary range $110,000 - $120,000, plus an annual bonus.
