Job Description
A fast-growing capital markets technology company is looking for a
Lead Full Stack Developer (Front-End Focus)
to help build real-time systems powering financial search, streaming analytics, and transactional workflows. You’ll work on production-grade, client-facing products alongside a sharp engineering team.
Location:
Flexible/Remote – US/Eastern time zone THINKalpha Frontend Focus
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain high-performance web GUIs and APIs
- Develop features using React, Redux, TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Ship scalable, cloud-based real-time systems
- Own work end-to-end: design → build → test → deploy
- Solve debugging, performance, and reliability challenges
What You Bring
- Strong experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Redux
- Experience with WebSockets / real-time data transport
- Track record shipping production products to active users
- Strong problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills
- Full Stack experience and collaborative mindset
Nice to Have
- Fintech/markets knowledge (trading, data visualization)
- Experience building systems for high-concurrency users
- BS/MS in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience
