Role Details:

  • Demonstrated excellence in D2C order management, return management \& exception / discrepancy handling.
  • Should be well versed with operation of marketplaces e.g. Myntra, Amazon, Tata Cliq, Nykaa, Flipkart etc.
  • Good knowledge and exposure to D2C/OMS/WMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Unicommerce, WareIQ, Pickrr, Vinculum etc.) and dashboards.
  • Well versed around supply chain operations particularly warehouse operations- receiving, put away, pick, pack and dispatch along with expertise in productivity enhancement and cost optimization.
  • Implement and maintain robust SOPs, quality checks, system checks and escalation protocols for order accuracy, picking and packing standards, and customer experience issues.
  • Drive automation and tech adoption in order processing, picking, packing and reporting to improve productivity and reduce manual errors with strong acumen in performance tracking and issue resolution.
  • Strong approach and experience in providing operational support to growth initiatives such as capacity expansions, ensuring backend readiness with strong operational control in terms of manpower management.
  • Experienced in resource planning (manpower, space, process, material, MHEs, IT systems) in co-ordination with the floor operation team, assessing training needs, best practices, 5S, Audits, etc. skilled in taking training for all levels of employees on ground team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong inclination towards data, model design as per current and future business requirement with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and documentation.
  • Exposure to different WMS along with ability to analyze the related WMS report and take out key actionable insights.
  • Should have exposure in working with automation environment.
  • Good stakeholder management skills, team management skills, ability to convince/negotiate with all stakeholders, co-ordination with business team, central planning team on the order projection and incoming return.
  • Should be able to liase effectively with the cross functional team i.e. Business team, transport team, marketplace team (wherever required) for day today operation and escalation management.
  • Extensive knowledge of retail operations and best industry practices.
