WHAT’S BREWING IN THIS ROLE...

The Associate – CPG Logistics is responsible for managing transportation and shipment execution across the 7 Energy \& CPG supply chain. This role coordinates freight movements between manufacturing partners, distribution centers, and 3PL warehouses to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of goods.

You’ll serve as a key connector across carriers, suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams—ensuring smooth product flow, resolving issues in real time, and maintaining visibility across all shipments. This role also supports freight planning, cost tracking, and logistics reporting to drive operational efficiency.

THE FLAVOR YOU ADD...

• Coordinate transportation across the supply chain network, including shipments between manufacturing partners, 3PL warehouses, and distribution centers
• Book carriers, schedule pickups, and align delivery appointments with warehouses and partners
• Develop and manage weekly freight schedules and shipment documentation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for carriers, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships
• Track shipments end-to-end, providing real-time visibility and updates to stakeholders
• Resolve transportation issues including delays, damages, and missing shipments
• Investigate and manage freight claims and discrepancies
• Collaborate with copackers to confirm production readiness and coordinate outbound shipments
• Partner with 3PL warehouses to manage inbound and outbound logistics and resolve operational issues
• Support inventory tracking, audits, and reconciliation efforts
• Maintain logistics reporting including shipment tracking, carrier performance, and cost metrics
• Audit and approve freight and warehousing invoices
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service reliability

MUST-HAVE INGREDIENTS...

• 0–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain coordination
• Experience coordinating truckload and LTL shipments
• Familiarity working with manufacturing partners and 3PL providers
• Experience with shipment tracking and issue resolution
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• ERP system familiarity (NetSuite experience a plus)
• Strong Excel skills for data tracking and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously
