EMEA Recruitment is partnering Exclusively with a growing global FMCG organization to recruit an experienced and commercially driven Procurement Manager – Warehousing \& Logistics

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced business environment and play a pivotal role in managing strategic warehousing and logistics procurement activities across an international network. Reporting to the Head of Procurement Europe, you will lead a small team whilst taking ownership of critical warehouse sourcing and contract negotiation activities across multiple regions.

The successful candidate will combine strong procurement expertise with hands-on experience negotiating complex warehousing and 3PL agreements. Operating within an entrepreneurial, scale-up environment, you will have the autonomy to influence supplier strategies, improve procurement processes and deliver commercial value across the logistics network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement activities relating to warehousing services across Europe, Australia and New Zealand
  • Manage strategic supplier relationships and negotiate complex warehouse and 3PL contracts
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies that deliver commercial value and operational efficiency
  • Lead tender processes, supplier selection, contract negotiations and ongoing supplier management
  • Oversee logistics-related spend across freight, ocean freight, pallet and associated categories
  • Monitor market trends, cost drivers and supplier developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risk
  • Develop contingency plans to ensure continuity of supply and operational resilience
  • Drive supplier performance, service levels, quality standards and compliance requirements
  • Support sustainability initiatives and ensure procurement activities align with wider business objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of procurement best practices
  • Manage and develop a small procurement team of three direct reports
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders across Procurement, Supply Chain and Operations functions

Candidate Profile

  • Proven procurement experience within warehousing, logistics, 3PL or supply chain environments
  • Demonstrable experience negotiating warehouse contracts and managing warehousing suppliers is essential
  • Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management capabilities
  • Experience leading sourcing projects and managing complex procurement activities across multiple regions
  • Background within FMCG, consumer goods, retail or similarly fast-paced international environments
  • Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, evolving business environment with a hands-on approach
  • Fluent English language skills are essential; additional European languages, particularly German, would be beneficial
