Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify leads, conduct outreach via email, phone, and social platforms, and create opportunities for the sales team by scheduling meetings and managing prospective client engagement. The role also involves collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to identify opportunities, communicate Veref's value proposition, and build positive relationships with potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales and Lead Generation best practices
  • 2-3 years of experience in technology sales or BD in recruitment
  • AI tools and automations knowledge
  • Strong Communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
  • Passion for innovation and interest in HR technology or the recruitment industry is a plus
