We’re hiring a

Senior Product Manager

to join a growing Payments organization focused on building and scaling modern financial products for businesses. This role sits at the intersection of

commercial banking, payments, and credit

, and is ideal for someone who understands how money flows through a business—from account setup to card spend to reconciliation.

This is a

contract-to-hire

opportunity with strong long-term potential.

You’ll partner closely with business leaders, engineering, data, and long-tenured stakeholders to define strategy, build business cases, and bring new products to market.

Must Haves

• Senior-level Product Manager with strong product fundamentals
• Background in

banking, fintech, or financial services

• Experience in commercial banking, payments, or commercial credit cards is highly relevant
• Proven ability to: Build a product strategy from scratch. Create and present business cases and strategy decks. Communicate clearly at both business unit and executive levels. Be a strong listener who can balance legacy context with forward-looking strategy

Nice to Haves

• Ability to pull or work with data from SQL databases
• Write or modify basic queries, or clearly define data needs
• Experience defining analytical requirements, such as: User segmentation by usage, geography, or behavior. Translating business questions into actionable data requests
