About Right Formula

At Right Formula, we help brands push the limits of sports marketing through a unique blend of expertise, ingenuity, and agility. Our 360° service offering spans from partnership identification to fully integrated marketing strategies.

With offices in the UK and the US, we support clients worldwide—accelerating growth through the power of sport.

We’ve recently launched our

technology division

and are building a

SaaS platform

set to redefine how brands and rights holders collaborate in sports marketing.

👉 This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor of something genuinely new.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a

Product Designer

ready to make their mark.

This isn’t a “stay in your lane” role—you’ll be a

founding voice in our product design culture

, shaping how we think, work, and build. You’ll challenge assumptions, define standards, and take real ownership of user experience across our digital products.

Working within our product team, you’ll collaborate closely with Client Services and Client Success to design thoughtful, high-impact solutions.

With a live product already in market—and more coming—

you’ll be making an impact from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead

end-to-end UX design

from discovery to production-ready interfaces

  • Build and scale our

design system and component library

  • Conduct

user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews

  • Collaborate in an

agile product environment

(sprints, reviews, iteration)

  • Translate

client feedback and business needs

into user-centred solutions

  • Define and evolve our

design processes, tooling, and ways of working

  • Create

user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

  • Identify UX gaps and drive

continuous product improvement

About You

You’re entrepreneurial, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity. You enjoy building from scratch and moving fast—without cutting corners.

You’ll bring:

  • A deep curiosity about users, problems, and systems
  • Confidence presenting and defending design decisions
  • Strong self-management and ownership of your work
  • A collaborative mindset across teams and stakeholders
  • A proactive approach to feedback and improvement
  • Strategic thinking with strong attention to detail
  • A genuine drive to create meaningful impact

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Expertise in

Figma

(components, auto-layout, prototyping, handoff)

  • Experience with

design systems and component libraries

  • Strong

information architecture \& interaction design

skills

  • Prototyping across different levels of fidelity
  • Experience using tools like

Miro

for workshops and mapping

Desirable:

  • User research experience (interviews, usability testing, synthesis)
  • Knowledge of

accessibility (WCAG)

and inclusive design

  • Basic front-end understanding (

HTML/CSS

)

  • Experience working in

agile teams

(Jira, Confluence, etc.)

  • Familiarity with analytics or data visualisation
  • Motion design / micro-interactions
  • SaaS or B2B product design background

Experience

  • Proven UX/Product Design experience in SaaS
  • A portfolio demonstrating

process, thinking, and craft

(not just visuals)

  • Experience in fast-paced, startup or scale-up environments is a plus
  • Exposure to client-facing or commercial teams is highly desirable

Why Join Right Formula?

  • Shape the

design culture from the ground up

  • Have

real influence on product direction

  • Work in a

collaborative, idea-driven environment

  • Combine the

energy of a startup

with the backing of an established agency

  • Operate at the intersection of

sport, brand, and technology
