• Strong leadership skills

• Proven experience planning, developing and managing automated test frameworks

• Hands‑on experience with test automation design, scripting, execution and debugging

• Strong understanding of regression testing, test data management and test environment readiness for automation

• Ability to cordinate automation activities with functional test phases and quarterly regression

• Strong organisational, planning and governance skills

• Ability to provide clear, concise and accurate reporting to senior stakeholders

• Experience using automation management and test management tools (e.g., Selenium‑based frameworks, JIRA/Xray, or equivalent)

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar cloud ERP SaaS platforms

• Experience using or managing automation tools such as Ignite Quality Platform" "The Test Automation Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating and managing all test automation activities across the Synergy program.
