Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (overtime may be available)

Overview

Ben Hardy \& Company is hiring a Lead Carpenter to support high-end residential remodeling projects in San Francisco and surrounding areas. This role involves both structural and finish carpentry, working closely with a small, experienced team to execute detailed, design-focused renovations.

What You'll Do

• Perform hands-on carpentry work including framing, finish carpentry, and cabinet installation
• Interpret construction drawings and coordinate with project leads
• Maintain quality standards across all phases of construction
• Support coordination with subcontractors and other trades on-site
• Identify and resolve construction challenges in real time
• Follow all job site safety requirements and company procedures

What We're Looking Fo

r

• 3\+ years of residential carpentry experience
• Experience with both rough and finish carpentry
• Ability to read and work from plans and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and job site organization
• Reliable transportation to job sites in San Francisco and nearby areas
• Familiarity with Procore or similar project management tools is a plus
