Job Title: Lead Salesforce Developer
We are seeking an experienced
Lead Salesforce Developer
with
15\+ years of overall IT experience
and strong expertise in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can architect scalable CRM solutions, mentor teams, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver high-impact Salesforce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, customization, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related platforms.
- Architect scalable and secure Salesforce applications aligned with business needs.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and integrations.
- Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Drive end-to-end project delivery including requirements gathering, technical design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers, enforcing coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and leadership teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize system performance, data quality, security model, and automation processes.
- Lead Salesforce release management, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Stay updated with new Salesforce features, releases, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 15\+ years of IT experience
with significant hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong expertise in
Salesforce Lightning, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, Flows, SOQL, SOSL
.
- Deep experience with
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
.
- Strong integration experience with APIs, MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar middleware tools.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, roles, and governance limits.
- Experience leading onsite/offshore development teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications such as
Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect
.
- Experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, or Manufacturing domains.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
