Senior Project Manager - Aviation

There are a lot of PM roles out there but very few where you’re actually trusted to run complex aviation work the way it needs to be run.

We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager in San Francisco to lead airport projects that require real coordination: active terminals, controlled access, constant movement.

Most people who step into this role aren’t chasing a bigger title, they’re looking for a place where they can do strong work and stay. The projects are complex, but just as important is the team around them. People know each other, trust each other, and there’s consistency you don’t always find. If you take pride in building projects the right way and want to do it with a group that operates the same way, this is a very good move.

Responsibilities:

• Lead aviation construction projects from precon through completion
• Own budget, forecasting, and overall project performance
• Stay aligned with Superintendents and field operations
• Coordinate with airport stakeholders and regulatory groups
• Keep projects moving in active, high-traffic environments

Qualifications:

• 7\+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
• Experience owning project financials and outcomes
• Strong understanding of working in active, secure environments
• Ability to lead teams and stay engaged with the field
• Stable career progression (not frequent moves)
