Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–5:00 PM; Friday 7:30 AM–12:00 PM
Pay:
$100,000–$150,000 per year (depending on experience)
About the Opportunity
We’re expanding our growing Pain Management team in Jacksonville and are excited to bring on a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. Our practice is dedicated to helping patients achieve lasting relief from spine and joint pain through advanced, minimally invasive treatments that minimize or eliminate the need for opioids.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Evaluate and treat patients with chronic or acute pain conditions
- Conduct detailed histories and physical exams
- Develop customized treatment and follow-up plans
- Order and interpret imaging and lab results
- Perform or assist with image-guided injections (spine and joint)
- Work closely with physicians and support staff to deliver excellent patient care
- Provide education and counseling to help patients understand their treatment options
Clinic Environment
- Outpatient only – no weekends, nights, or call
- Clinic hours: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Typical staffing: 2 MAs per APP, shared lead MA, front office support team, and dedicated lab collector
- EMR: eClinicalWorks
- Providers maintain hospital privileges, though no hospital rounding or inpatient care is required
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Active or eligible North Carolina license
- BLS certification and NPI number
- New graduates welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a steady patient schedule
