r plays a key role in aligning People and Culture strategies with business goals to enhance the employee experience across the organization. This position supports leadership and employees by providing guidance on policies, performance, and conflict resolution, contributing to organizational growth and development. The role influences people processes and ensures compliance with employment laws while fostering a diverse and inclusive culture
3\. Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on practices, policies, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with People Business Partners on organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and employee engagement
- Use data-driven insights to evaluate metrics, provide recommendations, and assist decision-making
- Manage people processes to maintain and improve employee performance and capabilities
- Stay informed on local and global employment laws to ensure compliance
- Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within the organization
4\. Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of HR Manager experience in global tech or fast-paced industries with international exposure
- Strong knowledge of People and Culture best practices, talent management, and employment laws
- Quick learner with accountability, ownership, and effective follow-through
- Creative problem-solver who encourages innovation and diverse thinking
- Skilled communicator able to adapt messages for different audiences and provide timely feedback
- Strong interpersonal skills with self-awareness and ability to build relationships across all levels
- Fluent in English with strong analytical and bridge-building abilities
