Sales Director – Key Global Accounts (Packaging Materials)
Location - North America
Circa $230,000 Base Salary \& Bonus
The Opportunity
Join a global leader in sustainable packaging as a
Sales Director
responsible for leading a significant commercial portfolio and high-performing team.
This is a
strategic leadership role
with full ownership of a
$90M book of business
, managing both direct leaders and account managers while driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across key global accounts.
Scope \& Impact
- Ownership of
$90M\+ revenue portfolio
- Leadership of:
- 4 Direct Sales Leaders
- 8 Account Managers
- Responsibility for
national / regional key accounts working with CPGs.
- Direct influence on
commercial strategy, pricing, and growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For:
Experience
- 10\+ years in
commercial leadership roles
within packaging or a related industry
- Proven success managing
large revenue portfolios ($50M\+ preferred)
- Working with
Global
accounts
- Experience leading
layered sales teams
(leaders \+ individual contributors)
- Strong track record in
key account management and channel strategy
Skillset
- Strategic thinker with strong
commercial acumen
- Advanced
negotiation and pricing capability
- Ability to influence at
executive and customer decision-maker level
- Data-driven approach to
pipeline, forecasting, and performance
Leadership Profile
- Proven ability to
build and lead high-performing teams
- Strong focus on
