Product Designer – Multiple Opportunities \| Dallas–Fort Worth

We are seeking experienced Product Designers who currently reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth area for multiple long-term opportunities supporting a major airline. These roles are part of collaborative, cross-functional product teams designing complex customer-facing and enterprise digital experiences.

Current areas of focus include:

• Enterprise / TechOps: Internal products supporting safety, compliance, supply chain, and complex operational workflows
• Design Systems: Building and scaling enterprise design systems, component libraries, patterns, and standards across products and teams
• Native Mobile: Customer-facing iOS and Android application experiences
• In-Flight Experience: Digital products supporting entertainment, connectivity, and the onboard customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong enterprise product design experience
• End-to-end UX/product design from discovery through implementation
• Advanced Figma, interaction design, wireframing, and prototyping skills
• Experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering
• User research and usability testing experience
• Design systems and information architecture experience
• A clean, modern portfolio clearly showcasing your work, design process, and design thinking

Candidates must already reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and be able to work onsite Tuesday–Thursday. This opportunity cannot provide sponsorship and is not open to C2C arrangements.

Position Details

• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Location: Dallas–Fort Worth Area
• Hybrid Schedule: Onsite Tuesday–Thursday (mandatory)
• Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (no H-1B, no C2C)
• Duration: 1 year \+ highly likely extension/conversion
• Portfolio: Required for consideration
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) after 60 days, plus applicable PTO and sick leave per state/local law
• Pay Range: Up to $72 per hour (W2)
