100% Remote (Open to LATAM \& South Africa)

Compensation:

$3,000 - $5,000 USD per month (based on experience)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, performance-driven

Creative Director

to lead and scale the production of high-converting video and image content for paid and organic channels.

This role goes beyond aesthetics — we are looking for a strategic creative marketer who understands how to craft compelling campaigns, offers, and content angles that directly drive sales for creator-led and e-commerce businesses.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional taste with a strong performance mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify high-performing content formats and emerging trends.
  • Develop creative concepts, hooks, angles, and campaign ideas for paid and organic channels.
  • Write or oversee scripts, outlines, and messaging frameworks for ads and content.
  • Lead video editors and designers through clear briefs, structured feedback, and quality control processes.
  • Maintain and evolve brand voice, visual identity, and content pillars across client accounts.
  • Collaborate with media buyers to review performance metrics and plan creative testing strategies.
  • Build and manage a structured monthly pipeline of new creative tests.
  • Partner with account managers to shape campaign concepts, launches, promotions, and bundled offers.
  • Implement and leverage AI tools to optimize creative production and scale output efficiently.

  • Creatives consistently align with brand strategy and performance objectives.
  • High client satisfaction and fast approval cycles.
  • Monthly creative deliverables are executed efficiently and on time.
  • Paid creatives improve ROAS; organic content drives engagement, traffic, and growth.

  • Campaigns and promotional offers generate measurable revenue or sign-up growth.
  • Proactive planning of future creative strategies aligned with client goals.

This is a results-oriented role. While flexibility is valued, ownership, responsiveness, and accountability for outcomes are essential.

Required Qualifications

  • Exceptional taste in editing, pacing, visual storytelling, and design direction.
  • Strong storytelling and scripting skills for short-form content and paid advertising.
  • Performance mindset — you think in hooks, testing frameworks, and measurable hypotheses.
  • Proven experience working on performance-focused marketing campaigns (creator, brand, or agency environment).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high quality standards across deliverables.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for the creator economy, digital marketing, and content innovation.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, fast-moving team.
