Position Overview

NNB Nutrition is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Marketing Coordinator

to support our growing marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys both creative and operational work, and is passionate about health, wellness, and nutrition.

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating events, managing content workflows, supporting brand visibility initiatives, and assisting with influencer and partnership research. This role will work closely with company leadership, internal teams, and external partners to support execution across multiple marketing initiatives and campaigns.

The ideal candidate has a genuine interest in the health and wellness industry and understands the unique dynamics of the dietary supplement, nutraceutical, and functional ingredient markets.

Key Responsibilities

Event Support

  • Support the development and deployment of event strategies and storytelling
  • Manage event execution checklists, including:
  • LinkedIn posts and social media promotion
  • Email signature banners
  • Product samples and marketing collateral
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of event-related deliverables
  • Travel and assist at multiple domestic and international trade shows throughout the year

Content Organization \& Project Management

  • Utilize project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools) to organize and track marketing content development and deployment
  • Maintain content calendars and marketing asset libraries
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure projects remain on schedule and deadlines are met
  • Assist in organizing campaign timelines and deliverables across multiple initiatives

Brand Awareness \& PR Support

  • Support initiatives designed to increase brand awareness across digital, media, and industry channels
  • Assist with award applications, PR submissions, and industry recognition opportunities
  • Research and identify opportunities for brand exposure, partnerships, and thought leadership

Influencer \& B2B Marketing Research

  • Conduct research on domestic and international influencers aligned with company goals
  • Identify and evaluate B2B advertising opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Support outreach and coordination efforts for influencer, media, and advertising programs

Marketing Analytics \& ROI Tracking

  • Track and report campaign performance metrics, including:
  • Engagement rates
  • Click-through rates (CTR)
  • Views, impressions, and reach
  • Event and campaign ROI
  • Assist in analyzing marketing performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
  • Support reporting efforts for leadership and key stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2\+ years of marketing, communications, event coordination, or project management experience preferred
  • Experience using project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation software
  • Understanding of marketing analytics and ROI measurement, including engagement, CTR, impressions, and campaign performance metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Willingness and ability to travel for trade shows, conferences, and industry events throughout the year

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the dietary supplement, nutraceutical, functional ingredient, natural products, or health and wellness industry
  • Passion for health, wellness, nutrition, and consumer health products
  • Experience supporting trade shows, conferences, or live events
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and B2B marketing strategies
  • Experience working with influencers, PR initiatives, media outreach, or industry partnerships
  • Knowledge of ingredient-focused marketing and the health and wellness marketplace
