ABOUT THE COMPANY

A growing retail brand with operations across Spain and an active international expansion agenda. The marketing team is being built to match the commercial ambition of the business. This is a company that moves fast and expects its people to own their remit end to end.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

You will work directly with the Head of Marketing to translate brand and commercial strategy into executed campaigns across digital and offline channels. You will lead the planning and delivery of marketing initiatives across the Spanish market and support the expansion into new markets. You will coordinate external agencies, manage the marketing calendar, and own performance tracking across all channels. You will also be the primary point of contact for the junior team member reporting into this function.

WHAT YOU BRING

5 or more years in marketing roles with demonstrated ownership of campaigns from brief to results. Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands is a strong advantage. Fluent Spanish is required. You are comfortable working across digital channels including paid media, SEO, email, and social. You manage external partners well and have enough technical literacy to work directly with analytics and reporting tools without needing a data team to translate numbers for you.

LOCATION AND COMPENSATION

Remote from Argentina.

Full overlap with Spain timezone required (CET).

EUR 60,000 gross annual salary.
