Who We're Looking For

  • Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering student/recent graduate
  • UC San Diego preferred
  • Hands-on builder mindset — comfortable prototyping and troubleshooting hardware
  • Interest in drones, robotics, RF systems, or defense technology
  • Self-motivated and able to work on-site in Torrey Pines
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

due to the nature of the work

Bonus experience

  • FPV drones or robotics projects
  • Embedded firmware development
  • RF or antenna design
  • PCB layout and hardware bring-up

Why Join Monolyth

  • Work directly on

real systems used by Special Operations Forces

  • Small team with high ownership and fast decision making
