This role is ideal for someone who has had some exposure to sales or a customer-facing environment and is ready to take the next step in a metrics-driven, fast-paced startup.

If you're hungry, coachable, and excited about selling technology that genuinely helps companies hire better and faster — this role is for you.

- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and sales engagement platforms
- Experience with LinkedIn for professional outreach is a plus
- Ability to receive and act on feedback quickly, you're accountable and growth-oriented
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
- Prior exposure to SaaS, HR tech, or background screening is a bonus, not a requirement
