UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX designer with a strong background in creating user interfaces and experiences, and expertise in using Figma for animations. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and crafting user-friendly, visually appealing, and interactive digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. UI/UX Design:

Create and iterate on user interface designs, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile applications. Ensure designs align with the company's brand and user experience guidelines.

1. Figma Animation:

Utilize Figma to design and implement interactive animations, transitions, and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement and usability.

1. User Research:

Collaborate with the product team to conduct user research and gather insights to inform the design process. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to make data-driven design decisions.

1. Information Architecture:

Organize content and information to create clear and intuitive user journeys. Define site maps and user flows to ensure a seamless user experience.

1. Responsive Design:

Ensure that designs are responsive and adaptable to various screen sizes and devices, providing a consistent experience across platforms.

1. Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure the successful execution of design projects.

1. Accessibility:

Keep accessibility standards in mind when designing, making sure that designs are inclusive and compliant with accessibility guidelines.

1. Stay Updated:

Keep up to date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices. Share knowledge with the team and contribute to the improvement of the design process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and animation skills.
• Proficiency in Figma, with a focus on animation capabilities.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, HCI, or equivalent is preferred.
