Job Description
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to execute HR initiatives that support business goals
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and organizational improvements
- Design and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws (EEO, FLSA, FMLA, ADA)
- Manage employee relations, addressing issues proactively and minimizing risk
- Oversee benefits administration, including health and retirement plans
- Coordinate visa and immigration processes as needed
- Leverage HR systems and data to provide insights and improve decision-making
- Maintain timely completion of administrative tasks (timesheets, expenses, performance reviews)
- Support additional HR and operational initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 8\+ years of progressive HR experience
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Immigration experience required
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law
- Experience with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, performance management tools)
