Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to execute HR initiatives that support business goals
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and organizational improvements
  • Design and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws (EEO, FLSA, FMLA, ADA)
  • Manage employee relations, addressing issues proactively and minimizing risk
  • Oversee benefits administration, including health and retirement plans
  • Coordinate visa and immigration processes as needed
  • Leverage HR systems and data to provide insights and improve decision-making
  • Maintain timely completion of administrative tasks (timesheets, expenses, performance reviews)
  • Support additional HR and operational initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 8\+ years of progressive HR experience
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
  • Immigration experience required
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law
  • Experience with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, performance management tools)
