As Manager of Legal Operations Support, you’ll lead and develop a team delivering high‑quality operational support and continuous improvement across Legal’s processes, systems, and tools. You’ll set priorities, guide daily execution, and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders. You’ll partner with IT, Legal Systems, Corporate Legal, and House Counsel to streamline operations, support key technologies, triage requests, test system updates, and oversee communication, training, and change management.
Must-have Qualifications* A minimum of 10 years experience in workflow design, implementation and improvement; stakeholder influence; and systems' support and optimization and at least 2 years of leadership experience (e.g., management role).
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 7 years experience in workflow design, implementation and improvement; stakeholder influence; and systems' support and optimization and at least 2 years of leadership experience (e.g., management role).
Preferred Skills* Demonstrated success in developing high-performing people leaders, with the organizational rigor to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple concurrent initiatives with discipline and consistency.
- Experience leading operational efficiency and transformation efforts through cross-functional collaboration and change management, with the ability to effectively engage senior leaders by delivering clear recommendations, progress updates, and data-driven insights.
- Proven experience using legal operations technologies (e.g., TeamConnect, iManage, Legal Tracker, Exterro, CLM solutions, and ServiceNow) to support and optimize legal workflows and operational use cases.
- Demonstrated leadership in complex operational and technical initiatives, leveraging generative AI and workflow automation (Microsoft Copilot, MS Power Automate, TAP) to modernize legal workflows and improve efficiency at scale.
Compensation* $124,865 - $146,900/year
