Summary Description:

We are looking for a System Transformation Specialist with a strong Business Analyst mindset to work as an embedded partner within operational teams. This role focuses on understanding business workflows, identifying pain points, and translating them into practical AI and automation solutions.

Rather than traditional BA documentation work, this role is hands‑on—applying AI directly into day‑to‑day operations using an internal AI Builder platform to improve efficiency and reduce friction.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business and operational teams to understand workflows, priorities, and challenges
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation across daily business processes
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to define and refine solution ideas
• Translate business needs into clear, structured AI tool requirements (inputs, outputs, rules)
• Configure and implement AI‑based solutions using an internal AI Builder / no‑code platform
• Run quick feedback loops with users to assess impact and iterate solutions
• Act as a trusted partner to drive adoption of AI tools within teams
• Identify recurring process gaps and suggest platform or system improvements
• Collaborate with product, platform, and engineering teams to communicate requirements
• Document use cases, insights, and outcomes to support continuous improvement

Required Skills \& Experience

• Experience in a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, Product Ops, or Consulting role
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) to solve business problems
• Strong ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured solutions
• Experience with workflow analysis, process improvement, or automation initiatives
• Comfortable working with no‑code / low‑code tools or internal platforms
• Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to work in fast‑changing, evolving environments
