Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team, responsible for translating business

requirements into scalable technology solutions. The role involves working closely with clients,

product owners, and engineering teams to ensure clarity of requirements, alignment with

business objectives, and successful delivery of high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Work with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements

● Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and

acceptance criteria for engineering teams

● Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to ensure accurate and timely

delivery of features

● Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and reviews to drive alignment and clarity

● Support user acceptance testing and post-launch evaluation

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field

● 2\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

● Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile

methodologies

● Proficient in tools such as JIRA, confluence, Excel etc

● Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
