Title: Vice President of Information Technology

Location: Onsite 1-2 days/week (flexible) in Downtown Minneapolis

Salary: $185,000- $250,000 \+ 15-20% bonus

We are searching for a forward‑thinking, technically strong, transformative VP of IT to help architect our future.

As VP of IT, you will:

• Lead strategy and execution across infrastructure, cloud, data platforms, cybersecurity, IAM, DevSecOps, and enterprise applications
• Drive modernization
• Guide cloud‑first and SaaS‑powered enterprise modernization
• Build and evolve platform engineering, automation, observability, and Zero Trust security
• Partner closely with the CIO, CTO, CISO, and Directors to shape future‑state technology ecosystem
• Lead change management, talent development, and organizational maturity
• Support expansion into AI, hyper‑automation, and engineering productivity

We’re seeking a leader who is:

• Highly technical (strong grounding in infrastructure, cloud, data, architecture—no hands‑on keyboard required)
• Forward‑looking and innovative
• Skilled at leading large, distributed teams
• An expert in modern cloud (GCP preferred), SaaS, automation, AI/ML adoption, microservices, and event‑driven architecture
• Strong in organizational change, process improvement, and cross‑functional alignment
• Experienced in leading at scale (IT Director, VP of IT, or CIO from a smaller organization)
• Not a job hopper—stable leadership track record

Experience \& Education

• 15\+ years in software engineering / IT leadership
• 5\+ years managing large or enterprise-scale teams
• Bachelor’s required; Master’s preferred
• Experience in cloud-first modernization and emerging technologies strongly preferred
