Short-Form Video Editor (CapCut)

We are seeking a Short-Form Video Editor to support a fast-growing US consumer app with high-volume content production for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. This role is ideal for fast, reliable CapCut editors who thrive in a high-output environment and want remote international experience with a US-based team.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form vertical videos in CapCut according to pre-defined formats and specs
• Output 50\+ edited videos per day at consistent quality
• Execute cuts, captions, pacing, and aspect ratios exactly to spec
• Maintain consistency across hundreds of videos per week
• Apply hooks, cliffhangers, and other proven short-form techniques as directed
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure timely delivery and rapid iteration

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Solid-to-strong CapCut skills with proven speed and cleanliness
• High-volume mindset — comfortable shipping 40\+ tight edits over agonizing over 4
• Reliable executor who follows specs precisely without reinterpreting them
• Familiar with vertical short-form conventions on Reels, TikTok, and Shorts
• Culturally plugged in — Gen Z humor, internet culture, current events, music, memes
