Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a

Senior Project Manager

to lead end‑to‑end project execution for our upcoming resort development in Kumbhalgarh. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards

Key Responsibilities

• Project planning

: Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

• Execution \& monitoring

: Oversee construction, interior fit‑outs, and vendor coordination.

• Stakeholder management

: Liaise with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

• Quality \& compliance

: Ensure adherence to safety, legal, and brand standards.

• Reporting

: Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Project Management.
• 10–15 years of experience in

hospitality, real estate, or infrastructure projects

.

• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale resort or hotel projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
