Management Consultant

Ora Advisory is hiring Senior Consultants, Managers and Senior Managers.

Ora is an Australian-owned, specialist consulting firm. We do strategy, stakeholder engagement, data, communications, change and program advisory work for Commonwealth clients.

Most of our work sits in Defence, national security, border, regulatory and trade portfolios.

The work is complex, fast-moving, and read by senior decision-makers.

Specialist consulting is where serious Commonwealth work is heading. Ora has been built that way from the start, and we are growing fast as more clients look for a sovereign, focused alternative.

We are growing the team and have openings at Senior Consultant, Manager and Senior Manager level for people who bring sharp thinking, plain English, and good judgement to complex government problems.

You will fit if you:

• Have consulting, APS or industry experience in strategy, communications, change, transformation or program delivery
• Can write clearly under deadline and brief at the executive level
• Hold a current AGSVA security clearance (Baseline minimum, NV1 preferred)
• Are Canberra-based or willing to work in Canberra regularly
