HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
This pivotal role drives the creation and dissemination of engaging L\&D Brand content, designed to transmit the rich storytelling of the Maison (Brand, Creations, Know-how) to all Piaget teams globally. This content aims to enrich the knowledge, passion and pride of Piaget teams worldwide, including external sales teams (Partners, CRC). By fostering a learning culture, you will have an impact on the client experience and sales turnover.
To do so, you will work closely with HQ Marketing, Communications, Retail Teams and the Market trainers team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design narrative learning tools to formalize Brand speech:
+ Co-build impactful corporate messages tailored to the "on-the-field" reality of all stakeholders.
+ Craft compelling storytelling content (PPT, e-learning, videos) to deeply engage sales teams as a priority.
+ Design training toolboxes for corporate, retail, and wholesale audiences.
+ Optimize the existing L\&D Brand Content offer, aligning it with Maison strategy and targeted audiences.
+ Research and integrate best practices in adult learning and digital education.
- Ensure cascading of all training tools across the organization:
+ Based on Brand priorities, design, plan, and follow through the L\&D Brand Content Roadmap.
+ Collaborate with the Retail L\&D Manager to foster a learning culture focused on performance (videos, quizzes, challenges).
+ Support Commercial Launches of Watches, Jewellery, and High Jewellery Collections with engaging activities.
+ Leverage digital platforms (LMS, WatchLive) to maximize training reach.
- Be an engaged Trainer:
+ Animate occasional trainings (remote, live@HQ, or in markets).
+ Conduct Brand inductions for newcomers.
+ Act as a Subject Matter Expert, coaching the trainers' community for a consistent training approach.
- Evaluate and optimize learning impact:
+ Measure and improve learning effectiveness through feedback and KPIs, in collaboration with L\&D teams.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- 5 years' progressive experience in the watch and/or jewelry sector, focusing on L\&D content creation, instructional design, training (ideally Sales/Retail), marketing, or sales.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex, multicultural environments.
- Higher degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Marketing, Business, or Retail.
- Fluent English is essential; French and Chinese are significant advantages.
- Proficiency in digital content creation tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva) and learning platforms (CSOD, TOM).
- Strong project management skills and understanding of business levers/KPIs.
- Innovative, curious, client-centric, and an excellent communicator.
- Natural and compelling storyteller, adept at transforming complex information into engaging learning experiences.
- Possesses positive leadership, an entrepreneurial spirit, and strong multi-tasking/prioritization abilities.
