Training Specialist (Law Firm) - $80K-$90K - Richmond, VA

About the Job

• Develop and improve structured onboarding and role-readiness programs for attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Facilitate in-person, remote, and hybrid training sessions.
• Create curricula, job aids, assessments, standard operating procedures, and reference materials in partnership with subject matter experts.
• Coordinate orientation programs, training schedules, facilitators, technology setup, attendance tracking, and follow-up coaching.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements to firm leaders.

About You

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3\+ years of experience in training, learning and development, professional development, or legal operations within a law firm.
• Strong communication, presentation, writing, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• An outgoing and approachable style, with the ability to work effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and employees across the firm.
• Experience with Asana, process documentation, Litify, or similar legal technology systems is preferred.

About the Position

• Salary range of $80,000 to $90,000
